The Victor Central School District is looking to acquire an old YMCA building to help address the increased need for instructional space, among other reasons. While school staff initially assessed the property in July, the district will put the issue to a vote Friday.
Why purchase the YMCA?
In a virtual Town Hall meeting held Sept. 22, Superintendent Tim Terranova laid out the reasons for acquiring the property, which sits at 200 S. High St., near the south entrance to the school district’s campus.
