The 26th Annual Report of the Rochester Early Childhood Assessment Partnership (RECAP) is here! It spotlights the current strengths and challenges of the pre-K system in our city. Key results include rates of kindergarten readiness among our 4-year-olds; classroom quality across the district; social-emotional needs of our children; and developmental screenings; results are important for informing educational practices as well as local and state early childhood education policy.
