Queen Bees and Wannabes: Helping Your Daughter Survive Cliques,  Gossip, Boyfriends, and the New Realities of Girl World.  by Rosalind Wiseman.  This excellent book provides detailed explanations of the social gauntlet girls today have to survive to grow up to be women.  The book is primarily written for mothers, but fathers will learn a lot too.  This is a great book for anyone raising a daughter, but a must-read for anyone whose daughter is suffering social teasing or harassment.
