- Two amendment packages to NYCRR §155.17 related to district-wide school safety plans, building-level emergency response plans, and emergency drills were shared at the April Board of Regents meeting.
- The first set of changes will go into effect on July 31, 2024, if permanently adopted at the July 2024 Regents meeting. - The second set of regulation changes will go into effect on July 1, 2025, if permanently adopted at the September 2024 Regents meeting.
