- Schools are reminded to continue to educate and raise awareness about the dangers of opioids.
- Schools are encouraged to take steps to prevent opioid overdose in school.
- Schools can register with the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) as an Opioid Overdose Prevention Program or participate with an Opioid Overdose Prevention Provider and receive free naloxone.
