Myers-Small outlines plans for full RCSD reopening

Rochester schools Superintendent Lesli Myers-Small on Thursday opened the door to reopening schools for all students as soon as February or March.

In a presentation to the school board, Myers- Small suggested allowing elementary students return in perhaps February. If that goes well, they would be followed by students in grades 7-12.
