Fifteen new victims have come forward with allegations against a former elementary school principal in the Hilton Central School District.
Through a new indictment unsealed Monday in Monroe County Court, Kirk Ashton, 51, is facing five additional counts of first-degree sexual abuse, 13 counts of second- degree course of sexual conduct against a child, all felonies, and 10 counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. The 28 new charges stem from incidents that date back to 2012.
Before the new indictment was unsealed, Ashton was criminally accused of molesting 11 boys on school grounds from 2017 until this year. The boys were between the ages of 8 and 12, according to prosecutors.
