Simply horrific and this is not something that happens in isolation. It will continue until people realize that these things are happening, not necessarily in your house, but you need to know it happens.

An Irondequoit man who “likely drugged” a child to create pornography was sentenced to 16 years in federal prison Wednesday.

Sean R. Sullivan, 50 was convicted of production of child pornography and was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci Jr.

Sullivan was identified by the Federal Bureau of Investigation through a child pornography investigation over a peer-to-peer network. Investigators executed a search warrant at Sullivan’s Twilight Drive home in April 2019 and seized multiple electronic devices and four hard drives.

Prosecutors said some of the images and videos they discovered depict a “known victim, who resided with the defendant for several years.”
