Investigators hired by the Rochester school board have concluded that allegations of sexual harassment against Superintendent Lesli Myers-Small were unfounded, but another investigation with the state Division of Human Rights remains active.

The board investigators, from the law firm Woods Oviatt Gilman, also exonerated Myers-Small and two other district employees of allegations of retaliation after the harassment accusation surfaced. The findings were reported privately to the school board Thursday.
