Expert Witness Services

Dr. DeMarle attends mediation sessions, as well as Impartial Hearings and specific Court hearings (City, Town, State), when needed. He typically works closely with the individuals or familys’ attorney in this process.

The preparation time for this process is covered under the standard one-hour consultation fee. The time spent in actually testifying is billed at a higher rate. Refer to the fee schedule for that fee.
