- In line with the ideals of the New York State Education Department, New York Attorney General Letitia James and a coalition of 14 other state attorneys general issued guidance to K-12 schools, colleges, and universities regarding the benefits, legality, and importance of implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) policies and practices in educational settings.
