The Excelsior Scholarship, through the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation, is a ‘last dollar’ program, and will cover remaining tuition costs after federal, state grants, and scholarships are applied.
Funding will apply to the spring academic term for 2024-2025 and the deadline to apply is Feb. 3.?”
